Single girder bridge crane is widely used in workshop, warehouse, and material field for machinery manufacturing, metallurgical, petroleum, petrochemical, port, railway, civil aviation, power station, paper, building materials, electronics, etc. Single girder bridge crane has advantages of compact size, low building headroom, light weight, small wheel pressure etc.
Main girder of single girder crane usually adopts a I-girder or the combination section of formed steel with steel plate. The trolley of singer girder crane is often assembled with manual hoist, electric hoist, or adopting a hoist as the lifting structure.

Suspension single girder crane

Suspension single girder crane, matched with CD1、MD1 electric hoist, constitutes a kind of light crane with rail operating. This kind of single girder crane is mainly used in the assembly shop, warehouse, and wave for machinery manufacturing. The travelling track uses the I-steel.
  • Lifting capacity is 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t 
  • load capacity is within the range of 3-16m,
  • working temperature is -20C-35C,
  • the operation mode is ground operation (can be divided into wired control and wireless control ).

Electric hoist single girder crane has the advantages of compact structure, low building headroom, light weight, and small wheel pressure. It is suitable for transformation, assembly, maintenance, loading, and unloading in machinery processing workshop, auxiliary workshop, warehouse, material field, power station, etc; it can also replace the ordinary double girder crane, used in the production workshop of textile industry, and food industry. The working temperature of electric hoist single girder crane is -25℃~40℃, and it is forbidden to use the single girder crane in the flammable and corrosive medium environment. This crane can be equipment with two control modes: ground control and cabin control.

SL Manual single girder crane is suitable for the equipment maintenance and material lifting in warehouse, factory, and electric station with no-power. And it can be used match with monorail trolley and manual hoist.
